We offer standard shipping across Australia. Shipping usually takes 3-7 business, depending on your location. We send all orders the following day after the order is placed.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. If you haven't received a tracking number, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@poplocal.com.au.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, we offer gift wrapping options at checkout. If you check this box we'll ensure your order arrives beautifully wrapped and ready to delight the recipient.

ReturnsWhat is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Are sale items eligible for return?

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded for change of mind. Customers retain all of their exchange rights for damaged or faulty goods under Australian Consumer Law.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@poplocal.com.au with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Can I sell with you if I'm not from Canberra?

Currently, we support small businesses from the Canberra region only. However, we're planning to expand into other capital cities next year! To stay updated on our expansion and other news, please sign up for our newsletter.
